Yes you can manage the settings online and real-time. Which features depend on which package is chosen. In the shop you will be able to find an overview of the features of each of the packages as well as demos. The demo will give exact insight in which features and how easy making changes is.
Up- or downgrading from one package to another is always possible. So adding or removing functionality is always possible and can be done in a couple of clicks.
