In which situations should I hand the services on to someone else?
In case the owner of the service changes, the contracts of the services needs to be handed over. A few examples are:
• The organization has a new owner.
• The Chamber of Commerce is changed.
• The V.A.T. number is changed.
• There has been a merger.
• The services provided by us are being handed to another organization.
How do I hand over the contract?
Step 1: the new contractor registers a new account for our services (this includes authorization for payment).
Step 2: download the 'agreement of contractual take-over' form that is located at the bottom of this article, fill in the document, let both parties sign the contract and send it to us.
Step 3:You receive a message when the service is available in the account of the new user.
A contract for take-over starts the first day of the next month and the contract has to be send a minimum of 6 workdays before this.
The terms and conditions, available on the website, will remain applicable.
