what difference do you notice between calling the service number or calling direct to the destination number
when the audio quality is the issue, who is more impacted? The caller or the receiver?
Have there been changes in your telephony setup or supplier?
Please note that the above information in mandatory for us to be able to investigate and escalate the issue to other telecom operators involved in it. With this information we will try to help you as quick as possible
