How can I cancel something?

Canceling a package.
You can up- and downgrade your package for free. But should you no longer need a service, you can downgrade your bundle back to Basic and there are no more monthly bundle costs.

Canceling a number.
The duration of a standard contract for a number is one year. The cancellation of the number should be submitted 1 month before the contract ends.
For the cancellation of a number you can send an e-mail to the support e-mail address.
